Clare Winegardner

Clare R. Winegardner, 92, died at 12:13pm June 24, 2017, at her residence following a brief illness.   She was born November 2, 1924, in Fairfield Co., OH to the late Wayne and Marie (DeLong) Reese. On April 4, 1943, she married Wayne B. Winegardner, who preceded her in death on June 25, 2010.   Surviving are their sons and daughter-in-law Rodney (Sandra) Winegardner; Randy Winegardner, all of Chillicothe; grandchildren: Dr. Stephanie Winegardner; Kevin (Kelley) Winegardner; great-grandchildren: Kassidey, Abbey, Jack and Wyatt Winegardner, all of Chillicothe; and 3 sisters: Dorothy Dunkle, Linda Kilburger and Mary Lou Zink.   Clare had a wonderful life. She cherished her time with family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.   Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Springbank Cemetery under the direction of Haller Funeral Home & Crematory.   Memorial contributions may be made to the Adena Health Foundation-Cancer Fund, 9 S.
