Charlotte Jean Corrigan

Charlotte Jean Corrigan, 91, of Chillicothe, passed away on Wednesday afternoon, November 5, 2025, at Circleville Post Acute, following an extended illness.

She was born June 15, 1934 in Chillicothe, daughter of the late Orville V. and Helen L. (Flesher) DeLong, who preceded her in death.

Surviving is her son, Keith A. (Jill Anne) Wilson, Sr.; her grandson, Keith A. (Jennifer) Wilson, Jr.; Jennifer’s brother, Thomas Johnson; great-grandchildren, Abigail Harris, Emily Johnson, Danielle Johnson, Desiree Johnson, and Ethan Johnson; and her beloved sister and brother-in-law, Mary Anne and Larry Gates. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Philip DeLong and David DeLong. 

Charlotte was a graduate of Chillicothe High School, class of 1952. She went on to work at Reider’s Drug Store, where she eventually took charge of the front end. She loved getting to see the customers, especially the small children who would come in to buy candy. She was known for her kindness and all the people she encountered loved her.

In accordance with her wishes, graveside services at Greenlawn Frankfort Cemetery will be announced in the coming days.
