Charlotte Ann Ball passed away in Chillicothe on Thursday, October 2, 2025. She was born in Chillicothe on May 8, 1957, and married Samuel Ball September 9, 2005, and she was his world.
She is survived by her husband, Samuel; children, Steven (Jackie) Hartley, John Charles (Heather) Boltenhouse, and Sean Boltenhouse; grandchildren, August Hartley, Sara Hartley, Steven Hartley II, Amirah Boltenhouse, Mazikeen Boltenhouse, Renlee Boltenhouse, and Paxton Boltenhouse; great-grandchildren, Benjamine, AJ, Theo, Jordan, Michael, and Charlotte; and siblings, Teresa, Robert, and Darlene. She will also be sadly missed by her many other family and friends.
Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents, son Russell Hartley Jr., and sister Eda.
She was a great mom who devoted her life to supporting and loving her children. Per Charlotte's wishes she will be cremated and no services are being held at this time.
