Charles Park

Charles "Ronnie" R. Park, 81, of Chillicothe, formerly of Xenia, passed away at 10:34pm, on Thursday, July 21, 2016, at Signature Health Care. He was born March 12, 1935, to the late Alvin T. and Lorraine F. (Holbrook) Park. Surviving are his brothers, James A. (Beverly) Park, Richard (Sue) Park, and Kenneth Park; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley L. Bolte. Ronnie was an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of the Moose Lodge 1629 in Xenia for many years, and eventually worked his way up to holding the Pilgrim Degree of Merit. He also owned and operated an antique furniture store for many years. Ronnie enjoyed many hobbies and activities, but his true passion was being a race horse driver and owner. At his request, there will be no public calling hours or services. There will be a private graveside service held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions can be made to any Moose Lodge of the donor's choice.
