Charles A. Newman, 86, of Chillicothe, died at 12:15pm October 9, 2009, in Fountainhead Nursing Home located in Franklin Furnace, OH. Charlie was a veteran of both the US Navy and US Army and served during World War II and the Korean Conflict. Military graveside services will be held at 11:00am Wednesday, October 14, 2009, in the National Cemetery, Dayton, OH, under the direction of Haller Funeral Home.
