Charles Ray Judd, 78, of Chillicothe, OH, passed away on July 15, 2025 at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center.
He was born on December 18, 1946 to the late John and Garlie (Fitch) Judd in Crum, West Virginina. On June 26, 1971, he was united in marriage to Linda E. (DeLong) Judd, who survives.
Also surviving are 3 grandchildren; Nathaniel (Amber) Britt, Levi Sausaman, and Kyndall Britt; great-grandchildren, Kailee Britt, Vincent Britt, Henry Britt, Cristina Sausaman, and Ryan Sausaman. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Tina Raechele Britt.
Charles was a proud veteran of the United States Army where he served four years.
In keeping with Charles wishes, cremation services are under the direction of Haller Funeral Home and Crematory.
