He was a long-time member of First Presbyterian Church before moving to Florida full-time with Carolyn to be in the warm weather. It was here that he loved spending time outdoors, reading, being active, and playing in an adult softball with friends. He was the most devoted, loving husband, who truly made sure her last years were filled with happiness and positivity.
In accordance with Phil's wishes, a memorial service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Chillicothe at a future date. There will be no public calling hours or funeral service at this time.
