Charles A. Fisher Charles A. Fisher, 46, of Chillicothe, died 5:30 pm, Sunday, February 3, 2008 in Heartland of Chillicothe, following a brief battle with cancer. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Friday in the Haller Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Friends may call 6-8 pm Thursday at Haller's. He was born April 2, 1961 in Ross Co. to Russell K. and Edith L. Meeker Fisher. Survivors include his mother; two sisters, Enna J. Barnhart and Amy (Bill) Lewis, both of Chillicothe; two brothers, Kenneth Fisher, of Chillicothe and Custer (Sharon) Fisher, of Okinawa, Japan; nieces and nephews, Christina, Rusty, Richard, and Jeff Lewis, Damian (Lani) and Jacob Fisher, Nick and Nate Barnhart, Heather and Jason Fisher; grand nephews, Garett and Clay Lewis and Brock Fisher; and numerous aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, three brothers, John, James and Daniel Fisher, and a grand nephew, Thomas Merriman. Mr. Fisher owned and operated the Fisher Saw Mill here in Chillicothe. He was a custom builder and craftsman. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie 600, the Ohio Forestry Association, and the National Hardwoods Association.
