Charles Downs

Charles W. Downs, 46, of Chillicothe, died 12:25 pm, Sunday, June 21, 2009, at his home, unexpectedly. He was born June 18, 1963 in Chillicothe to Carl R. and Betty L. Price Downs. On June 18, 2004 he married Daisy M. Butcher, who survives. Also surviving are his children, Charles R. Downs and Deanna Gross, both of Chillicothe; his step-children, Michael and Timothy Rapp; 2 grandchildren; 4 sisters; a brother, and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Downs was employed in the construction industry. Friends may call 5-8 pm Wednesday at the Haller Funeral Home. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
