Charles Carpenter

Charles Franklin Carpenter, 33, of Chillicothe, formerly of Algonquin, IL, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at the Adena Regional Medical Center, following a brief illness. He was born October 9, 1984, in Arlington Heights, IL, to Russell E. and Irene E. (Lilly) Carpenter. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his two siblings, Melissa Carpenter, of Chillicothe, and Russell R. Carpenter, also of Chillicothe. Charles received his GED from St. Peters Church, and went on to work as a legal assistant. He also took art classes at the Ohio University- Chillicothe campus. In his free time, he enjoyed traveling and being outdoors. In accordance with his wishes, there will be no public calling hours. A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, May 12, 2018, at 389 Wildflower Lane, Chillicothe, Ohio, 45601.
