Charity Neece

Charity Elizabeth Cunningham Neece, 102, of Chillicothe, died November 27, 2021 at National Church Residences-Chillicothe.   She was born February 22, 1919 to the late Pearl S. and Ann E. Isaac Cunningham.  Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Wilmetta Austin; and a host of friends, all whom she loved dearly.  She was preceded in death by three husbands, Herbert Luckett, Dessie Hughes, and Luther Neece; a brother, William Cunningham; and a sister, Pearl Brown.   Mrs. Neece retired from Grant Medical Center as a nursing assistant in 1985 and attended Floral Baptist Church, and later Lighthouse Baptist Church.    The family would like to give special thanks to the staff at Traditions for their exceptional care.  Charity loved them like family   In accordance with her wishes, private graveside services will be held in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Calling hours will not be observed.
