Cathi Deeann Coy

Cathi Deeann Coy, 63, of Grove City, formerly of Chillicothe, passed away Thursday morning, January 8, 2026, following an extended illness.

She was born November 29, 1962, beloved daughter of Charles Roger and Dixie Lee (Dewey) DePoy.

Surviving is her mother, Dixie Lee DePoy; her children, Colton (Jenny) Coy, Casi (Josh) Army, and Cara (Dylan) Kight; two beloved grandchildren, Miles Army and Lainey Kight; two nieces, Ellie DePoy and Breylee DePoy; the father of her children, Sean Coy; her aunt, Ginger (Richard) Breitenbach; her Adena Radiology family; as well as numerous extended family members and close friends. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Kevin DePoy and Brad DePoy.

Cathi was a graduate of Unioto High School, class of 1981. She went on to work at Adena Regional Medical Center as a Radiologist Technician for more than 25 years. She then spent time as a realtor working in town for ERA Martin. In her free time, she enjoyed volunteering for the Chillicothe Chamber of Commerce. She was also an avid sports fan, loved reading, and working crossword puzzles. But most of all, she loved spending time with her family, and they will forever remember her as the life of the party!

A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, January 12, 2026 at the Haller Funeral Home with Chaplain Misty Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Twin Township Cemetery. Friends may join the family for visitation from 12:00pm until the time of the service.
