Carolyn LaFaye Park, 73, of Frankfort, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at the Adena Regional Medical Center, following an extended illness.
She was born June 10, 1949, in Kissimmee, Florida, daughter of the late Bruce Durham and LaFaye (Pippin) Coiner. She went on to marry Douglas Alan Park in 1982, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, Alicia (Tracy) Reagan, Michael (Aja) Burns, and Phillip (Maggie) Park; two grandchildren, Kolby Wolf, and Ashley Wolf; two great-grandchildren, Lucas and Lorelei; and two siblings, Debra Waters, and Warren Durham. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Reuben and Charles Durham.
Carolyn enjoyed making jewelry and reading before her ailments prevented her. She loved spending time with her family and cherished the memories they made.
In accordance with her wishes, private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
