Carl Roy Smith, 67, of Chillicothe, died 4:54 am, Friday, October 6, 2017, at the VA Medical Center-Chillicothe, following an extended illness. He was born December 22, 1949 in Morehead, KY to the late Carl and Ruby Kidd Smith. Carl was a US Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. Military graveside services, conducted by the US Navy, will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, October 19, 2017 in the Dayton National Cemetery. Friends may call 11-1 Wednesday at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory.
