Bryan Degarmo

Bryan Alan DeGarmo, 67, of Chillicothe, passed into eternity at his home on July 29, 2015 following an extended illness. He was born in Ross County on October 17, 1947, to the late Julius and Edith (Hafler) DeGarmo. Bryan is survived by his lifetime partner, Deborah A. Stout; his son, Harrison Lee DeGarmo; three grandchildren, Skyler, Quentin, and Brooklyn DeGarmo; a brother, Bruce T. (Janet) DeGarmo; two sisters, Teresa Ann DeGarmo Bales, and Gloria J. Ault; and his cousins, Annelle (Dave) Wilterding, Marilyn (Mike) Henschell, Robert (Kathleen) Hafler, Denise (Bernard) Schumann, and Annette Immell. Bryan served in the United States Army Reserves from 1967 to 1972. He retired from Columbia Gas, and loved golfing. The family would like to extend special thanks to Adena Hospice, as well as the Doctors, Nurses, and staff members at the Adena Cancer Center. In accordance with the wishes of the family, there will be no public services. A private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
