Brenna Ann Adkins

Brenna Adkins, of Chillicothe, Ohio, passed away on August 6th, 2026

Born June 28th, 1958, she was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Columbia Adkins, and her brother, Wendell Adkins.

Brenna is survived by her children, Bradley Jadwin, Leah Jadwin, and Mica Adkins; her siblings, Louis Adkins, Kathy Adkins, Cherie Adkins, and Linda Lemaster; her beloved grandchildren, Braxton, Brynlee, Baylor, and Boston, children of Leah, and Taylor and Carley Glover, children of Mica; six cherished great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Brenna began her career with The Mead Company, where she worked until pursuing a new path with the Chillicothe Municipal Court and Ross County Probate/Juvenile Court. Throughout her life, she devoted herself to numerous charities and community organizations throughout Chillicothe. She gave generously of her time, cared deeply for others, and quietly made a lasting difference in the lives of countless people.

To know Brenna was to know kindness. She never met a stranger and had a remarkable gift for seeing the good in everyone she encountered. She loved with her whole heart and left every person she met a little better than she found them.

Her greatest legacy is the love she gave so freely; to her family, her friends, and her community. She will be remembered for her generous spirit, unwavering compassion, infectious smile, and the way she made everyone feel welcome. Her absence leaves an immeasurable void, but the kindness she shared will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know and love her.
