Bradford Damron, 94, of Frankfort, died unexpectedly March 28, 2024, at his residence.
He was born February 22, 1930, in Pikeville, KY, to the late Tolby and Eva (Roberts) Damron.
Surviving are his children: Wesley (Theresa) Damron, Chillicothe, Alan Damron, Palmetto, FL, Diane (Bill) Robinson, Richmond, VA; grandchildren: Daniel (Cassandra) Damron, Aubrey (Chris) Rose, Allison (Seth) Weaver, John Damron, Kelly McClurg and Kevin McClurg; 12 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren; a brother John Damron; and sisters Laura Vanbibber and Elaine Gagnon. He was predeceased by his parents; his wife Shirley D. (Davis) Damron; a son Ricky L. Damron; and 9 siblings.
Mr. Damron was a US Army Korean War Veteran. He worked as an auto body repairman and later enjoyed excavating. Even at 94 years of age, he wasn't afraid of a hard day's work or learning how to operate a computer or smartphone.
Following cremation services, he will be buried with his beloved wife in Mansion Memorial Park, in Ellenton, FL. Local arrangements are under the direction of Haller Funeral Home & Crematory.
