Blenn Dunn

Blenn C. Dunn Jr., 38, of Chillicothe, passed 6:35 pm, Tuesday, May 11, 2010, at his home, following an extended illness. He was born August 6, 1971 in Chillicothe to Blenn C. Dunn Sr. and the former Cheryl A Whitley. On March 23, 2009 he married the former Maria T. Detty, who survives. In addition to his wife and his mother, Cheryl (Roger) Webb, of Chillicothe, survivors include his children, Samantha Dunn, of Chillicothe and Breanna Dunn, of Grove City; his stepchildren, Krista and Jeremy Powell, both currently serving in the US Navy, and Tommy Bain IV, of Chillicothe; a brother, Mickey (Melanie) Dunn and a sister Angie (Donny) Curtis, both of Chillicothe. He was preceded in death by his father. Blenn was a supervisor with a subcontractor at DuPont for 19 years. He was a member of the River's Gate Church and AMVETS Post 4. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and cook. Private military graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 at the Haller Funeral Home, Saturday.
