Beverly Shoemaker

Beverly Jean Shoemaker, 86, of Chillicothe, passed away August 6, 2016, at Traditions of Chillicothe. She was born August 23, 1929 in Indianapolis, IN, to the late Willie E. and Loraine (Lyons) Richards. She married Dale E. Shoemaker, who preceded her in death on May 23, 1998. Beverly is survived by her children, Dennis (Sharon) Shoemaker, of Green Bay, WI, David (Beth) Shoemaker, of Germantown, TN, and Sandi Nunley, of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Bryan (Angel) Shoemaker, Ashley Sparks, Joshua, Catie, Anna, Luke, Samuel, and Eli Shoemaker, as well as two great-grandchildren, and her sisters, Vivian Crowe, and Cheryl (Steve) Swan. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Verne Richards, a brother-in-law, Charles Crowe, and her infant daughters. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Floral Hills Memory Gardens with burial to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association Central Ohio Chapter, 1379 Dublin Rd, Columbus, OH 43215.
