Betty Kelley

Betty Lee Kelley, 80, of Kingston, died 12:20 am, November 24, 2011, at Westmoreland Place Nursing Home, following an extended illness. She was born June 29, 1931 in Aurora, MO to the late Millard and Alberta Cook Leffingwell. Survivors include her children, Timothy (Paula) Kelley, of Sugar Grove, OH and Nicholette (Dan) Ratcliffe, of Chillicothe; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three cousins, James Porter (Kay) Leffingwell, of Marian, MO, Jane (Dave) Wimmer, of Council Bluffs, IA, and Carol (Jane Shaw) Stratton, of Columbus, OH; and special friends, Jake, Wendy and Katie. Betty operated Betty's Dog Grooming and Kennel for over 30 years. Graveside funeral services, conducted by Rev. Barry Bennett, will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday in Londonderry Cemetery. Calling hours will not be observed. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ross Co. Humane Society, 2308A Lick Run Rd., Chillicothe, OH 45601.
