Betty J. Crowe Betty J. Crowe, 46, of Chillicothe, died July 26, 2007 in Riverside Methodist Hospital, following a brief illness. Graveside funeral services will be held in Eagle Mill Cemetery, 1:00 pm Wednesday. Friends may call 5-8 pm Tuesday at the Haller Funeral Home. She was born October 5, 1960 in Vinton Co. to Jacob and Flora Archie Richards. On February 2, 1982 she married James W. Crowe, who survives. Also surviving is a son, William (Shirley) Harris, of McArthur; two step-children, Terry (Keri) Crowe, and Kimberly Crowe, both of Chillicothe; 10 grandchildren; seven brothers; three sisters; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews including Gina Harris, whom she raised; and a host of special friends and neighbors. She was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.
