Betty Bobo

Betty E. Bobo, 91, of Chillicothe, died January 24, 2023, at Westmoreland Place following an extended illness.   She was born February 4, 1931, in Manchester, NH, to the late Housen and Eva (Sirard) Hassan.  On August 6, 1948, she married John E. Bobo, Sr., who preceded her in death August 28, 1986.   Surviving are her children: John E. (Eda) Bobo, Jr., of Lucasville; Fredrick (Chris) Bobo, of Youngstown; Shirley (Roger) Ratcliff, Mary E. Bobo, Lorna (Duane) Ison and Leona (Kenny) Bobo, all of Chillicothe; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; her sisters Ella Currier and Diane Currier, both of Manchester, NH; and many special friends.  She was predeceased by her husband, her parents and 12 siblings.   At her request, private services will be held at the convenience of the family in Floral Hills Memory Gardens under the direction of Haller Funeral Home & Crematory.
