Bertha Garrett

Bertha M. Garrett Bertha M. Toole Garrett, 83, of Chillicothe, formerly of Bellevue, died March 16, 2007 in Heartland of Chillicothe, following an extended illness. She was born December 28, 1923 in Little Walnut, Pickaway Co.to E. Leland and Mary L. Downing Toole. Survivors include her former husband, Merle Garrett, with whom she remained friend; children, Debra Herrel, of Bellevue, Donnie (Barbara) Garrett, of Waverly, and Mickey (Linda) Garrett, of Chillicothe; seven grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Steven. Mrs. Garrett was a central supply clerk for Doctor's North Hospital in Columbus. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Tuesday in the Haller Funeral Home, Pastor Aaron Satterfield officiating. Graveside services will follow at 1:00 pm in Harrison Township Cemetery, South Bloomfield. Friends may call 5-8 Monday or 9-11 Tuesday at Haller's.
