Benjamin L. Meadows, 42, of Waverly, passed away at 8:43am, May 11, 2025, at Chillicothe Post Acute care center.
He was born March 1, 1983, to the late Robert S. and Maxine L. (Shoemaker) Meadows.
Surviving are his former wife, Amber Jo Moody-Wiget, of Chillicothe; his son Brady (Abby) Moody, of Chillicothe; a brother Scott (Beth) Meadows, of Pittsburgh, PA; 2 sisters: Sherry Sullivan and Kerri Conley, both of Florida; his step-mom Annie Meadows, of Hillboro; 2 step-sisters: Debbie Elliott Bellow and Lori Fent, both of Hillsboro; and several nieces, nephews and extended family members. In addition to his parents, he was predceased by paternal grandparents Chet and Rode Meadows; and maternal grandparents Herbert and Lucy Shoemaker.
At his request, cremation services will be under the care of Haller Funeral Home & Crematory.
