Barbara Ellen Spencer, 53, of Chillicothe, passed away Tuesday morning, November 2, 2021 at the Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.
She was born December 18, 1967, in Chillicothe, Ohio, daughter of the late Larry Spencer and Sandra K. (DeMint) Perry.
Barb is survived by her four cats, Hazel, Tubby, Cane, and Able who brought her much joy, love, and happiness in life. She is also survived by her mother, Sandra K. Perry; step-mother, Vickie Keesee; two brothers, Larry Perry, and Joey Spencer; three sisters, Jody Kelley, Jillian Spencer, and Nichole Perry; as well as numerous nieces and nephews who brought joy to her life.
Barb was a dedicated employee at Kroger's for many years before retiring. In her free time, she loved spending time with her cats, family, and friends she considered to be family.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no public callings hours or services. A private memorial will be held for family and friends at a later date.
