B. Harmon

B. Virginia "Ginny" Harmon, 85, of Chillicothe, died peacefully at 2:40pm Saturday, November 10, 2012, in Adena Regional Medical Center.   She was born February 6, 1927, in Ross County to the late Ernest and Martha Belle (Perkins) Mead.   On June 21, 1947, she married Robert E. Harmon, Sr., who preceded her in death on January 10, 2000.   Surviving is her daughter Teresa Harmon Wickline; son and daughter-in-law Robert E. (Judith) Harmon, Jr.; all of Chillicothe; grandchildren: Bryan Wickline, Rockford, IL; Ryan C. (Lisa) Harmon; Kevin (Jennifer) Wickline; Brandi A. (Adam) Nunnelee; Bobbi Jo Harmon and her companion Michael Oney; and great-grandchildren: Hudson G. Ward; Chase A. Harmon; Gage L. Harmon; Gator "J.J." Wickline, all of Chillicothe.   She was predeceased by her brothers George, Benjamin, Jacob, and Ollie Mead; and sisters: Ella Mead, Irene Aldrich, and Kathleen Justice.   Ginny was a former member and trustee of Mt. Hope Chapel.   She was the consummate mother and grandmother.   She especially loved all of her grandchildren.   The family would like to give special thanks to the staff at Westmoreland, especially the "Adopted Daughters" of Ginny, for making her last days here so enjoyable for her.   Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Wednesday at Haller Funeral Home with her nephew, Rev. William Justice, officiating.   Burial will follow in Springbank Cemetery.   Friends may call Wednesday from 11am until 1pm at Haller Funeral Home.   Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place.
