Arthur Netter

Arthur S. Netter, 82, of Chillicothe, died 6:00 pm, October 18, 2010, at his residence, following an extended illness. He was born November 7, 1927 in Chillicothe, OH to Wetus E. and Celetty Smith Netter. Survivors include his children, Arthur Spencer Netter Jr., of Chillicothe, Karen Marie Britton, of Charleston, WV, Tyrone Netter, of Detroit, MI, and Richard Adams, of Circleville, OH; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Wetus Netter, of Chillicothe; and a sister, Kathleen Netter, of Chillicothe. He was preceded in death by his parents; a grandchild; and a sister, Audrey Pondexter. Mr. Netter was an active member of the Original Glorious Church of God in Christ, where he served as a deacon, and where his funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, October 23, Bishop Melvin Maughmer officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call 6-8 pm Friday at Haller's.
