Arlene Fink

Arlene R. Fink, 65, died at 4:25am February 13, 2018, at HCR Manor Care (Heartland), Chillicothe, following an extended illness.   She was born April 7, 1952, in Ross County to the late Allen R. and Ruth A. (Caldwell) Neff. In 1981, she married Glenn A. Fink, who survives.   Also surviving are her son and daughter-in-law Peter (Briana) Fink; her brother and sister-in-law Roger A. (Jean) Neff; her sister Annette Neff and significant other Boyd Austin III; a special friend, Nancy "Moses" Kellough; 3 step-daughters; several nieces and nephews; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.   Arlene was a graduate of Chillicothe High School and earned her LPN and Paramedic certifications. She retired from Adena Health System following 34 years of service. She also volunteered with Scioto Twp. Volunteer Fire Dept. and was an EMT instructor at the Pickaway Ross. Joint Vocational School.   Arlene's wish was to bequeath her body to the Ohio State University Anatomical Program. A celebration of her life will be announced at a later date.
