Anthony F. Lisi, Jr., 88, passed away at 6:24pm November 14, 2018, at his residence.   He was born September 4, 1930, in Elmira, NY, to the late Anthony F. and Mary (DeMott) Lisi. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters and brothers-in-law Stella (Howard) Stamp, Mary Jane (Bob) Church, Isabelle (Bill) Larrabee; a brother Vincent Lisi; and a nephew Stephen S. Lisi, Jr.   Surviving are his wife of nearly 41 years, Dianna G. (Miller) Lisi; his children: Stephen (Monica) Lisi, Fairfax Station, VA, Karen MiChaud, Augusta, GA, Maureen (Mack MacCready) Lisi, Albuquerque, NM, Michael (Judi) Lisi, Westerville, Paul (Gretchen) Lisi, Cincinnati, Mary Jo (Ron) Tilton, Cocoa, FL, Tina Lisi, Pataskala, OH, Jeffrey (Kim) Lisi, Pataskala, Mary Ann Lisi, Chillicothe; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; step-son Jerry Miller, Pataskala, step-daughters Joanna (Brian) Lackey, Michigan, Janet Miller, Columbus; a brother Lawrence (Jean) Lisi, Windsor Locks, CT, sisters-in-law Beverly Lisi, Pine City, NY, Judy (Clint) Roberts, Londonderry; a special nephew Christopher Asbury; and his dog "Scruffy."   Anthony worked for 34 years with Nationwide Insurance holding many positions, working his way up from claims, to regional sales manager and developing the annuity sales program. He held certifications of CPCU, CLU and ChFC. He served his country honorably in the US Air Force from 1948-1952. He was also an active member of St. Peter Catholic Church, where he was a board member of the St. Vincent DePaul Society, Bishop Flaget Advisory Board, a member of Knight of Columbus, Council 15793, he also volunteered in many capacities and really enjoyed playing the role of Santa Claus.   Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am Saturday, Nov. 17, at St. Peter Catholic Church, Rev. William Hahn, Celebrant. Military graveside services will follow in St. Margaret Cemetery. Friends may call from 10am until 11am Saturday at Haller Funeral Home & Crematory. Memorial contributions may be made to either: St. Vincent DePaul Society or the St. Peter Food Pantry, both at: 285 W. Water St., Chillicothe, OH 45601.
