Angela Beverly

Angela Danielle Austin-Beverly, 45, of Chillicothe, First Lady of the Church of Deliverance, departed this life at 1:06am Saturday, August 4, 2012, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born August 29, 1966, in Chillicothe, to John and Carole Austin, who survive. On September 21, 1991, she married Pastor Jeremy E. Beverly, also surviving. In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by her son Christian Beverly; step-son Zachary Bayless; her father-in-law and mother-in-law Mr. and Mrs. George Beverly; her sister /best friend and brother-in-law, who will miss her terribly, Tammy Austin (Keith) Tanner; sisters-in-law Tiffany Beverly; Virginia (Nicholas) Urita; Nellie (Tiaran, Sr.) Simmons; Ericka Beverly; brother-in-law George Beverly, Jr.; nieces and nephews: Corbin Tanner and his fiancée Jami Brake; Joshua Beverly; Nicholas Urita; Tairan Simmons, Jr.; Hannah Beverly; Jayden Beverly; Jacob Urita; Olivia Urita; great-niece and great-nephew Mia and Maddex; a host of aunts and uncles; and her constantly loved Bichon puppy "Baby Girl." She was predeceased by her brother-in-law James Beverly; nephews Caleb Urita; Jeremiah Beverly; and Austen Beverly; grandparents Elijah Sherman and Ellen Austin; and John E. and Margaret Lucille Pettiford; and an aunt Beverly June Johns. Angie attended and graduated from Chillicothe High School, Class of 1984. Angie was a go-getter and played several instruments. She enjoyed sewing, candle making, and cooking prior to her illness. She was also in Brownies and Girl Scouts and was employed by Martin Marietta for some years. Angie had many special friends including Theresa Fisher. Angie's mission in life was to bring people to know the goodness of the Lord. Until we meet again, we love you Angie. Funeral services will be held at 1pm Thursday, August 9, at the Church of Deliverance, 393 N. High St., with her husband Pastor Jeremy Beverly officiating, assisted by Pastor Mark Gray.
