Amber N. Jacobs, 32, of Chillicothe, died unexpectedly April 19, 2023, at Adena Regional Medical Center.
She was born February 15, 1991, in Portsmouth, OH to James A. and Melissa G. (Hall) Jacobs.
Surviving are her sons Kamren Netter, James Jacobs-Sopher and Richard Johnson III; mother and step-father Melissa (Greg) Hutton; father and step-mother James (Tara) Jacobs; sister Samantha (Scott) North; step-brothers, Chad Hutton, and Gavin Jourdan; maternal grandmother Barbara Tillett; paternal grandmother Lovie Jacobs; her boyfriend Richard Johnson, Jr.; nephew S.J. North; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and her beloved fur babies. She was predeceased by her maternal grandfathers Grady Tillett and Thomas Hall; paternal grandfather Walter Jacobs; her maternal great-grandmother Muriel Hall; and her maternal great-grandfather, Scott Tillett.
Amber was a graduate of Chillicothe High School, Class of 2010. She worked as a CN A for several area nursing homes caring for patients. She loved her sons, her family and her patients. She gave of herself tirelessly for their benefit. She continued that giving nature by being an organ donor to help save other's lives. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date. Cremation services are under the direction of Haller Funeral Home & Crematory.
