Amber Glispie

Amber R. Glispie, 41, of Chillicothe, died unexpectedly at her residence on October 30, 2021.    She was born April 2, 1980, in Chillicothe to Donald L. and Robin (Cox) Leach.    Surviving are her daughter Reese Glispie, of Chillicothe; her mother and step-father Robin and Woody Ramsey, Gallipolis, OH; her fiancè Shayne Self, Chillicothe; her brothers Dave and Doug Leach; her sister Rachel vanderLee, of the Netherlands; and Reese's father Josh Glispie, Chillicothe.    Amber was preceded in death by her father Donald Leach, and her beloved dog Lucky.   Amber was a graduate of Unioto High School. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and was working at Southern Ohio Juvenile Detention Center.    Amber spent her free time reading, coloring, and playing Animal Crossing on her Nintendo Switch. Amber also adored taking care of her cats she had at home.    The family will receive friends from 2-3pm Sunday at Haller Funeral & Crematory.
