Allyson (Ally) Anne Webb, 19, formerly of Athens, Ohio, passed away November 5 th , 2022, in Oxford, Ohio.
Ally was born in Columbus, Ohio on July 29 th , 2003. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, playing with her cat, Honey, studying, napping, and reading.
She is survived by her father Tim (Dena) Webb of Chillicothe, mother Heather Antle of Albany. Siblings Meredith (Jacob) White of Athens, Jon (Ruby) Webb of Athens, Abagael Webb, and Noah Webb. Grandparents Tim (Janet) Webb of Chillicothe, Sharon West of The Plains and Joe Judge of Dayton. Aunt Robyn (Kathlene) Webb, Uncles Michael (Jennifer) Arledge of Chillicothe, Zander (Emily) Judge of Boston, MA. She is also survived by a special friend, Ben Pratt, along with other close friends and family.
Ally was preceded in death by her grandfather Terry West, great grandmother Betty West, grandmother Patricia Gross, an aunt, Holly Richmond, and niece Hattie Jean White.
Ally attended The Plains Elementary, Athens Middle School and Athens High School, before moving to Chillicothe and graduating from Ohio Connections Academy in 2021, while also taking college courses at Ohio University-Chillicothe before she left home to be a Miami Redhawk.
She was a sophomore at Miami University where she was majoring in Anthropology. Ally was a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority, where she held the position of Membership Integrity Coordinator. Ally was on the President's List each semester. She was set to be a consultant for Miami University's writing center, was a member of Miami University's Student Foundation and was currently working as an Undergraduate Associate to a Linguistics professor, where she attended the course and organized study sessions. Ally loved school and learning and was going to change the world.
Ally was a former member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Athens and a current member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Chillicothe.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Ally's honor to The Wildflower Legacy Foundation—a nonprofit organization in remembrance of her niece, Hattie.
