Alkie Markley

Alkie T. Branscom Markley, 63, of Chillicothe, died 12:05 am, January 23, 2010, in the Ohio State University Hospitals, following a brief illness. She was born November 11, 1946 in Inez, KY to Albert and Jessie M. Miller Maynard. Survivors include her four sons, Tommy (Cindy), Tony (Michelle) Tim (Laura) and George (Christina Klotz) Branscom, all of Chillicothe; seven grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and three brothers, Lacy Maynard, and Ed and Roy Rowe. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Albert and Jack Maynard; and two sisters, Joyce Horn and Lora Faye Marcum. Graveside services will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday in Boblett Cemetery, CR 13, Londonderry, OH. Calling hours will not be observed. Memorial contributions may be made to Haller Funeral Home, to help with final expenses.
