Alice Reinhard

Alice E. Reinhard, 95, of Chillicothe, died December 10, 2018 at Reflections Assisted Living Center, Lancaster, surrounded by family.

She was born July 20, 1923 in Glouster, OH to the late Otis and Bessie Bell. On June 2, 1946 she married Carl J. Reinhard, who died February 22, 2003. Survivors include her children, Dennis (Sandy) Reinhard, Carla (John) Goodwill, and Mark (Carol) Reinhard, all of Chillicothe; three grandchildren, Jason (Karlena) Reinhard, Matthew (Lauren) and Shawn (Ashley Houghland) Goodwill; three great-grandchildren, Avery, Matthew and Asher; and numerous step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four sisters and a brother.

Mrs. Reinhard worked for the US Shoe Company and owned and operated Carl's Townhouse restaurant with her husband until her retirement. She was an avid bowler, bowling in several leagues, serving as treasurer for the US Bowling Association, and as a volunteer, teaching bowling with the Pioneer Center. She enjoyed many card games, including Euchre, Bunco, and Rummy and spending time with family.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 am Friday at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory, with her son-in-law, John Goodwill, officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Garden.
