Albert George Stoltz, 50, of Chillicothe, died 10:20 am, Monday, April 6, 2009 at the Adena Regional Medical Center, unexpectedly. He was born February 14, 1959 in Bucyrus, OH to Albert George "Nick" and Jeanette Ann Creeger Stoltz. On March 2, 2006 he married Lisa Lynn Smith, who survives. In addition to his wife and his mother, survivors include his two sons, Albert Gregory and Andrew Geoffrey Stoltz, both of Dayton, OH; a sister, Susan K. (Barry) Cooperider, of Columbus; a brother, Steven M. Stoltz, of Marion, OH; stepchildren, Steven and Bethany Keeler; a step-granchild, Mia M. Tanner; a grandmother, Esther Creeger; father-in-law, Tom (Debbie) Smith; and a grandmother-in-law, Helen Hall. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents. Mr. Stoltz was a graduate of Bowling Green University and received his Masters Degree in Education from Ohio University. He was an instructor with Hocking Technical College at both the Ross and Chillicothe Correctional Institutions. He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan; a soccer referee; a former Chillicothe Youth Soccer League board member; and a former Unioto Soccer coach. Funeral services will be held 10:30 am Friday in the HALLER FUNERAL HOME. Graveside services will be held 3:00 pm Friday in the Oakwood Cemetery, Bucyrus. Friends may call 5-8 pm Thursday at HALLER'S. Memorial contributions may be made to the Chillicothe Youth Soccer League, 38 S. Paint St., Chillicothe, OH 45601, or the donor's favorite charity.
