Albert J Finley Jr, 90 of Chillicothe died 3:33am, Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He was born August 9, 1933 in Chillicothe, OH to Albert J and Iva Frances (Dyer) Finley Sr.
Albert is survived by his children; Randy Finley and Ronda (Todd) Holdren, of Chillicothe, Granddaughter: Nicole (Brent) Dryden, Great-Grandchildren: Grayson and Roslyn Dryden, and Isabella Dryden, his brother: Charlie Finley, and his special friend, Sharon Bosworth and her family. He will also be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews' other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his infant son, Terry Finley, his parents Albert J and Iva Finley, siblings; Mary Rawlins, Betty Tarvin, Bob Finley, and Iva Frances Finley; his life long companion and wife of 30 years, Janet Finley.
Albert was a proud Air Force Veteran having served in Korea. He worked at Mead Paper Mill for over 44 years as an electrician. He had a love for OSU Basketball and Football, vintage cars, spending time outdoors, and supporting his great grandchildren's events.
The family will receive friends at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory on Tuesday, March 19 th from 5:00 to 8:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday March 20, 2024 at 11:00am with Pastor Bruce Viar officiating, followed by burial and Military Honors at Londonderry Cemetery.
