Adrian Howell

Adrian Howell Adrian Howell, 75, of Londonderry, went to be with the Lord 8:26 am, December 16, 2005, at his residence, following an extended illness. He was born June 19, 1930 in Floyd Co., KY to Alexander and Dorsie Osborne Howell. On December 2, 1947 he married his love and life long friend Martha Mae Tackett, who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Angela (Larry) Potts, Peggy (Kallous) Certain, and Doris (Bill) Jones, all of Londonderry; six grandchildren, Tammy Williams, Larry (Leann) Potts, Kallous Certain, Martha Certain, Kevin Kellar and Brittany Kellar; great-grandchildren, Courtley Williams, Leah, Alexis, Laurren "Pea Pod" and Lara Potts; a sister, Veda England, of Circleville; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by three brothers, two sisters, and a special friend, Forest "Duke" Halterman. Mr. Howell owned Howell's Market in Londonderry for 30 years and Adrian's Guns for 10 years. He was an avid hunter, a member of the NRA and the Ohio Bow Hunters. Funeral services will be held 2:30 pm Monday in the Haller Funeral Home, Rev. John Evans and Rev. Jerry Tackett officiating. Burial will follow in Londonderry Cemetery. Friends may call 2-8 pm Sunday and from 11 am until the hour of the funeral service at Haller's on Monday.
